Shipping policy

Our online shipping policy is simple; we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $20 per order for orders under $400. For orders over $400, shipping is free. Orders will normally be dispatched within seven working days. If a product is out of stock and cannot be dispatched within the expected timeframe, we will advise you. 

We use various shipping providers depending on the products being delivered. Orders containing different types of products may ship separately, so you may receive more than one delivery. However, you will not pay more than one delivery fee. 

During the checkout process, you'll have the option to give an Authority to Leave (ATL) in the event that you're not home when your order is delivered. An ATL ensures you won't need to go to the post office or transport depot to collect your order. Please note, some of our suppliers will not allow orders to be left if no one is home.

This shipping policy applies to online orders only and excludes orders placed in-store or over the phone.
