Warranty Information
All products sold on this website come with a minimum 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Products will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Some products have longer warranty periods the details of which are below:
1901 Sinks - Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects applies to sinks except where they are being used for commercial purposes (in which case a 1 year warranty applies).
Imperial Basins - Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
Imperial Toilet Suites - Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects applies to ceramic components only and excludes toilet seat and internal components.
Door Knobs, Door Levers, Pull Handles, Locks & Latches with a code beginning with IV or TR - Ten year warranty against manufacturing defects. It's important to note that some product finishes are intended to be ‘living finishes’, the character of which will change and develop as a result of time, touch and environmental conditions. Accordingly, this warranty does not apply to the condition, appearance or functionality of the finish of these products.
In all cases, the warranties offered on products sold on this site:
- Apply to the original purchaser only
- Apply from the date of purchase
- Include product replacement only. Under no circumstances are costs associated with removal of faulty products or reinstallation of replacement products covered by this warranty.
- Exclude any damage to products resulting from accident, misuse, wilful damage, abuse or improper installation.
- Exclude normal wear and tear
